Lachlan Stuerzl is a dual trade Diesel Mechanic and Auto Electrician with a strong specialisation in excavators. Based in New South Wales, Lachlan brings a hands-on approach and deep technical expertise to every project. As Director of the business, he is passionate about building from the ground up—both in machinery and in business. Lachlan thrives on delivering full-scope projects, working closely with clients to exceed expectations on budget, timelines, performance, and equipment availability. He values collaboration with like-minded professionals who share his strong work ethic and industry experience, ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard.

When he's not on the tools, Lachlan is working alongside his operational team, driving the future direction of Stramig and setting new operational goals to support the company’s continued growth and success. 

Peter Kennedy

Service Manager 

Peter Kennedy is Stramig’s Service Manager, bringing more than three decades of heavy industry, mining, and field maintenance leadership to the role. With a career spanning Australia, PNG, West Africa, and major Tier 1 projects, Peter is known for his disciplined approach, technical depth, and ability to lead large, diverse teams in high‑stakes environments.

Drawing on extensive experience in maintenance management, shutdown scoping, project delivery, and OEM-level machine builds, he ensures every project is planned with precision and executed safely and efficiently. Peter’s background—from managing fleets of more than 130 pieces of mining equipment to overseeing complex machine builds across multiple jurisdictions—gives him a unique ability to translate operational challenges into practical, reliable solutions.

In his role at Stramig, Peter is the critical link between our field teams and our customers. His commitment to clear communication, robust planning, and quality outcomes underpins the confidence our clients have in every shutdown, maintenance program, and field service engagement we deliver.

Holly Brown 

Business Development Manager 

Holly Brown is a dynamic Business Development Manager with a passion for connecting with people and building lasting relationships. She thrives on meeting new clients, nurturing existing partnerships, and creating meaningful connections that drive business success. With a strong focus on understanding client needs, Holly develops and executes strategic plans designed to not only meet but exceed targets.

Beyond business development, Holly also leads Stramig’s marketing and social media efforts, bringing energy and creativity to the company’s brand presence. She plays a key role in project-based initiatives and oversees training for all employees, ensuring the team continues to grow in capability and confidence. Her efforts are focused on setting up Stramig for ongoing growth and long-term success.

Rhian Priestly

Accounts and Administration

Rhian is skilled in managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting, with strong working knowledge of Xero and other accounting systems. I value accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication, and take pride in keeping financial processes running smoothly in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
